As service options change with more calls being routed over IP networks, VoIP systems will prove advantageous offering reduced costs, increased flexibility and higher call reliability.
BT will soon be migrating their entire network to an IP based solution which customers will be able to directly attach to. With this in mind an already installed VoIP system will allow a seamless, non-disruptive migrational change.
